Initial Comments:
An off-site follow up survey conducted on June 17, 2022 found that Warm Hearts Home Care Agency, Inc. had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a complaint investigation survey completed on April 26, 2022.
